Some lovely Maths happening in school this morning.  I was impressed to hear Nursery children explaining the number game they had just played (with a little help from cheeky monkey), Year 2 were very busy measuring the capacities of containers, Year 3 have been interpreting data, Year 5 have been learning about percentages and Year 4 have been writing some fantastic spooky Halloween word problems!

Lot’s of Maths going on this morning!  Year 6 have been learning about pie charts, Year 4 have been learning about the properties of shape, Year 3 have been collecting data and Reception have been on a number hunt and organising numbers on a number line!

It was lovely to listen to the children talking and sharing their learning so excitedly.  Year 6 have been busy learning about measures and how to convert them, Year 5 have been learning about division, Year 4 have been learning about tally charts and graphs and Year 3 have been looking at doubling and halving!
